Urology examiination: Female urologic examination depends upon symptoms. Abdominal or flank pain for suspected kidney stone or kidney infection does not require genital exam. Symptoms of urinary incontinence, stress incontinece, urethral or vaginal irritation or discharge require visual genital plus possible digital exam.
