What to do if it feels like bruising or pulled muscle, I'm pregnant?

Muscle pull: Treatment is almost the same without pregnancy other than avoiding any medication such as Motrin etc. Ice for first 24-48 hours then heat along with stretching and then strengthening. Rest at first is appropriate but being active is overall good for you and baby.
