Too much caffeine: If you are feeling "speedy" its because energy drinks can have very large doses of caffeine, and some people are very sensitive to its effects. Sharply cut down, or (better) stop using these products. Natural energy comes from a combination of adequate sleep, exercise and a healthy diet, not from energy drinks. Caffeine is short-acting and its effects are generally gone by 4-6 hours, 12 at most.
