Biopsy: Fatty tissue in the form of a lipoma becomes suspiciaous for malignancy when it grows and reachs over 10 cm. With large fatty tumors, total excision is required for diagnosis since part of the tumor can be benign and part malignant. A sample biopsy can prove to be wrong.
