A mass?: The most common knee mass is the familiar baker cyst. Cancer arising in the knee is usually a sarcoma of some sort; osteosarcomas, ewing sarcomas, and pigmented villinodular synovitis are all common here. There are plenty of benign bone and soft tissue tumors here as well. Hoping you get a favorable diagnosis, and best wishes.
