Unlikely: would eradicate h pylori if you have it, try to cut down or avoid NSAIDs - but if you have no symptoms from this, unlikely to become 'serious'. it's just mild inflammation of the lining of your stomach. PPI can help if you do have symptoms.

After Endoscopy have mild chronic gastritis. All biopsies were benign. Much better after couple of months but feel little nausea in mornings then wears off.also belch up pieces of food with sour taste after evening meal. Couple of tums help that?
