Seek therapy: Depression is a serious condition. It appear there is some issue with hirsutism and low self esteem already identified. Please find and work with a therapist to help you identify why your self esteem is low and concrete methods of problem solving.

PCOS: Polycystic ovarian syndrome is one of the most common causes of hirsutism and young females. U'r Dr would need to see you and do a physical exam and listen to your history. Should order testosterone levels along with dehydroepiandrosterone levels and your estrogen and Progesterone levels. There are effective treatments for PC OS if this ends up being the cause. If not there are other things that the physician can look into.and hopefully with finding the underlying cause and treatment for depression and self-esteem issues can improve. I do agree with the counseling aspects which always helps.

Talk to a doctor: to evaluate the cause of the condition and whether it can be treated. In addition speak with a psychologist to help improve your self esteem. It is a medical condition , don't let it control how you feel about yourself as a person.
