POssible mumps: Your symptoms _nausea lack of appetite could be due to both UTI and mumps .But swelling of right testis and rash on IT AND pain in testis are more for mumps as possibility, Your doctor can examine you and may do blood test to confirm if you have mumps or testicular finding is part of bacterial infection includingUTI.
