Unlikely: Unlikely to be the antibiotics unless you were even more slow than usual because of the infection. But a baseline slow metabolism in the absence of an infection will not be helped by antibiotics. Antibiotics can have significant side effects and should only be taken for an identified infection as prescribed by a physician.
