I have staphylococcus aureus in my larynx and i've had it for 9 months now and i've had lots of different antibiotics and i still have the infection.

Colonization?: Sometimes people can be carriers of bacteria like staph without themselves having any symptoms. This is common in the nasal cavities where an ointment can be used. Not too sure about the larynx though.

Not sure: I am not sure what the question is here. What problems are you having? Why was a culture done in the first place? If you are suggesting you have "strep throat", this is caused by a different bacterium. If you are not having any symptoms at all and feel fine- - if you were my patient i would suggest you stop antibiotics and have no further cultures done. Please discuss with your doc beforehand.
