About 3 days: The half life of Serax is 5.7 to 10.9 hours. Approximately 6 half lives for a drug to be eliminated from your system. 10.9*6/24= 2.7 days. The Serax will stay in your system for about 3 days.

Drug test screening?: Are you being drug screen tested for work or other purpose and are you being prescribed Serax for a particular medical condition by your doctor? If so, then, you should check with them and see if they will provide documentation that you are on the medication by doctor's orders. That way, it doesn't matter if it shows up on a drug screen or not.
