20 tablets?: That sounds like a huge dose. That means the patient should be working with 1 primary care doctor and 1 psychiatrist... with only 1 doctor prescribing any and all drugs with addiction or abuse potential. The drug probably stays around for several days when using normal doses, and likely longer for huge doses. Bad things happen if the drug is suddenly stopped. A urine test should be an honest one.
