See a doctor: Probably a urologist would be the place to go, although starting with your PCP would not be a bad idea. Do not delay this further. If this is due to infection you do not want it to become more chronic, and if due to anything else the faster it is diagnosed and treated appropriately the better off you will be. Good luck.
