You are: It's very rare for me to see women who are not having peri-menopausal symptoms once they reach 35-40 years of age. I always find something that can be treated.

Peri menopause : Peri menopause can last twelve to fifteen years prior to menopause. The average age for menopause is 55 in the U.S., so at 50 you would almost for sure be in peri menopause if you have not already gone into menopause.
