Eat more fiber: It is likely that you are constipated, despite having bowel movements. Constip can either be small hard stools, like rabbit pellets or large "I can't believe the size..." As we eat, we make BMs; the body has to get the stool around a "blockage" so sometimes the stool has to become like sm diarr to be pushed out around the hard stool. Sometimes leaking stool is from anal sphincter tone issues

CarefulHealthComplex: Many possibilities, to include: passing flatus, doesn't care (not doing own wash &/or little significance to her), peer pressure issues, distraction with other issues (especially fear, not doing well, being bullied, loose control) & doesn't control well, delaying emptying bowels too long. Stains just a symptom (granted messy); Rec: look for clues to issues with which you might be able to help,

Encopresis (soiling): vs. hygiene. Despite lack of symptoms, her pediatrician will do a history (when, where, how often), a physical exam & simple studies to rule out a medical cause before addressing emotional or behavioral causes. Show her how to wipe front to back using " wet-wipes", disposing of each after one wipe. Don't scold; calmly have her put soiled panties in a pail with 1 cup Clorox to 10 cups water.
