A member asked:

High bilirubin in urine, ct scan without contrast of abdomen came clear. what can this be?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Cholestasis: I'm going to trust this is bilirubin and not just urobilinogen. It would surprise me if this was from your plaquenil (hydroxychloroquine). If your serum conjugated bilirubin is normal, then there is a lab error. If you feel well, other labs are good, and you're not on some other troublesome Rx, this might be something to simply follow.
