See a doctor!: Sounds like something serious could be going on, could be your gallbladder, an ulcer, a bad case of flu, or even appendicitis. In any event, you will need some IV fluids, med for nausea, and tests to tell what is wrong. Go to an emergency room for this, don't wait to go to your doctor, you don't want to get sicker.
