Congestion: Assuming you mean nasal or sinus congestion there are several possibilities. You could have a viral upper respiratory illness, allergic rhinitis, vasomotor rhinitis, nasal polyps, etc. Your doctor can examine you and make the appropriate diagnosis and order further tests if indicated.
