Can you tell clearly if a lymph node can be moved on back of your next cause i'm not sure it it's moves a little or not?

Lymph nodes: Lymph nodes in the neck occur in a chain pattern(up and down) and are not very freely movable as a rule. It's best to have your physician examine any enlarged or abnormal masses to be sure.
