Never 100 %: It is quite likely you will ovulate all or some of the eggs, but no one can tell that it will happen with certainty. As a word of caution, if you have 5 follicles that are 20mm as your note suggests, the risk of multiple pregnancies is high so be careful. Pain or the absence of it does not tell us if you are actually going to ovulate.
