You can't: Unfortunately, there is no way to determine if the infection has affected your tubes. If your tubes were completely blocked or heavily damaged, an X-ray test called a hysterosalpinogogram will show it. However, much of the tubal disease from Chlamydia is microscopic or minimal and cannot be easily seen. Chlamydia is very common and we end up seeing tubal damage only infrequently. I hope your ok!
