Fifth disese: Fifth disease rash clears up completely without leaving any marks, you dont need anything for the rash, if skin is dry after the rash clears then use petrolium jelly or any moisturiser.

Nothing: You don't need to put anything on the rash. It will fade all by itself and is not responsive to any medication.
