Swelling: Swelling in this scenario is likely due to edema which could be caused by different processes. If lymphatic channels within the skin are filled with tumor there will obstruction of lymph flow and you can see skin that looks like an orange peal. Others things that can cause generalized swelling include low serum Albumin due to poor nutrition.
