Sore groins: While somewhat unusual it is certainly possible. If you start with stretching and strengthening you may improve and answer your own question. Where was stress fracture? You may also have changed your gait which can affect your groin muscles. If stress fracture was in pelvis it might be important to know that the correct diagnosis was made.
