Needs thorough exam: This is way too.much for fibromyalgia. She needs to be examined for a physical cause and if none found depression must be seriously considered and treated.

Advice: Get into contact with local government health and social services, as this could be a huge challenge to encounter by yourself. You may need advice from social services and psychology as to what is possible and feasible to turn all of this around. This appears well beyond a medical issue and could be very complex. Are other relatives available??
