Congrats on loosing: weight and a healthier lifestyle. Check w/doc but you only need a little food w/meds. Maybe some yogert or salad. Peace and good health.

If you have to: Eat at night, try to stick with a snack that's low in calories and has limited simple carbohydrates. Snacks like skinless, boneless chicken strips, carrot sticks and a small amount of hummus are all reasonable.
