Low back pain: The gallbladder surgery is unrelated to the low back pain. The symptoms that you describe are caused by lumbar spinal stenosis or narrowing of the spinal canal. The narrowing is caused by bulging discs, overgrowth of the ligaments and facet joints. See a neurosurgeon for treatment.
