Have it evaluated: Still shoulders can be caused by adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder), which will usually resolve with a cortison injection and therapy. There can also be an injury to the rotator cuff or labrum, or arthritis. Pushing your workout through these will make things worse. Be evaluated by an upper extremity orthopaedic surgeon.
