Concussion: Sex should not cause a concussion. Also, the symptoms of most concussions should have resolved. If your neurosurgeon has cleared you for exercise then sexual activity is included. Check with your surgeon to be clear on any other restrictions or concerns you may have regarding the concussion.

No: The bouncing and movements won't be a problem. Provided it is safe to exercise and you have no symptoms with routine housework or going up several flights of steps, you should cause problems. Have fun
