Anxiety can lead: to fatigue & lack of concentraton. Please help me w/meaning of DR/PR so I am completely clear on your question. I see that your are on some meds. Please check w/doc to see if they are producing side effects and to rule out medical conditions. A mental health doc can help teach you stress management. Massage therapy can be helpful as can qigong, yoga, etc. Peace and good health.
