See answer: Nausea after sex likely not as rare as one might think, though precise cause a bit elusive. If accompanied by headache or dizziness, possible "Coital cephalgia", a known phenomenon, more common in men, and essentially a migraine that occurs with orgasm. Meds can help. Other possibilities: vagal reaction caused by slowing of the heart; exercise-induced lack of adequate oxygen; or stress and anxiety.
