Urine is sticky: urine is most likely sticky due to the presence of seminal fluids from ejaculation. Nausea and dizziness are unusual occurrences. If you are doing any type of restrictions during masturbation, for example asphyxiation, I recommend that you refrain from that, as it could lead to a life threatening situation. Otherwise, I would seek medication attention.
