I had a boxer fracture in my right hand 3 years ago, lately it feels like i've re-cracked something or pinched a nerve, without force. is it possible?

Maybe: It is very difficult to tell. What exactly are you feeling? Many times, scar tissue may build up at an old injury site over the years and manifest as pain. It is highly unlikely the bone has been "cracked" again without trauma.
