2 problems unrelated: At 16, chest pressure from playing basketball most likely from too much activity if you don't regularly play much; or can be if you had a cold, spring allergy, or bronchitis..Numb legs after sprinting, i would guess that you are not usually sprinting. It depends on amount of numbness, where, if more than few minute. Nothing serious, i guess.If these things were just once; if so, then relax.

See your physician!: Chest / breathing problems AND legs pain (or numbness) could be a sign of a deep veins thrombosis and pulmonary thromboembolism (blood clots can travel to the lungs) DEFINITELY see your doctor sooner rather than later.
