Fsh is 17.78 does this cause infertility i did testis biopsies only sertoli cells are found does this cause azosperma?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Testicular problem: The high FSH level indicates that you have had damage to your testicles, or you have a genetic cause for inability to produce sperm. The high FSH does not cause the problem, rather it is your pituitary gland reacting to the problem.
