It depends : Amenorrhea can occur for a variety of reasons. Some are normal during the course of a woman's life, while others may a sign of other medical conditions other than pregnancy, such as breast feeding, PCOS, low thyroid function, stress, to name a few. Talk to your doctor if you are not sure what may be your cause. .
