Flat feet: My favorite running shoes for flat feet have a strong arch support that are not too flexible in the central arch area. I would recommend doing an online review of the best running shoes for flat feet to hear many patient likes and dislikes!

I recommend: Asics gel gt 2000 or Kayano 19 or 20. However, I would suggest you get evaluated by your local Podiatrist as you might need custom orthotics. Even in the best of sneakers you might need more support.
