No: These symptoms have nothing to do with meniere's disease. Meniere's is classically defined as fluctuating hearing loss, tinnitus and vertigo.

NO: Meniere's is only endolymphatic hydrops. This is increased pressure of the fluid in the inner ear. The symptoms are intermittent bouts of vertigo with loss of hearing. Your other symptoms must be related to some other process. A thorough medical evaluation would be appropriate.
