Gluten allergy: There imay or may not be a relationship between gluten allergy and small fiber neuropathy. More evidence needs to be found to establish the relatioship.

Likely yes but...: Eating gluten is associated with increased zonulin proteins in the gut. This does not depend on gluten allergy or celiac conditions. Increased zonulins is associated with increased inflammation throughout the body.
