Unlikely: Common cold is due to rhinovirus which grows better in a cold moist environment (91-95 degrees farenheight) the nose is moist and when the ambient temperature falls, the virus start to grow in the nose and causes cold symptoms, but the genital area is not very favorable for the rhinovirus to grow, therefore it is unlikely to cause any problem; however it is not a good idea to use mucus paper.
