In what way?: It would make sense that a dentist who can actually examine and interview you would have a better chance of determining where the unexplained cuts are coming from (rather than anyone over the internet who cannot see what you are referring to). He\she can also determine whether or not the wisdom teeth need to be removed.

Need to be seen: Small cuts in the mouth are the result of some type of trauma, which can be related to a number of different insults. Wisdom teeth erupting in an abnormal position can cause trauma to the tissues of the cheek. An evaluation with your dentist would be recommended to determine the source of your cuts as well to advise you about your wisdom teeth and if they are indicated for removal.

Examination needed: The small cuts you are referring to could be any of a multitude of things. In order for anyone to give you a reliable answer you would need to be seen by a doctor and have an oral exam. If it involves wisdom teeth a panoramic x-ray may also be needed. But to be able to give you a sensible answer you must have someone examine the area of concern.

See oral surgeon: The small cuts must be from eating sharp or abrasive foods, or oral habits. See an oral surgeon for this and to assess wisdom teeth.

See a dentist: Some conditions may require further assessment, tests and your dentist may book a follow-up appointment or refer you to a specialist to determine a diagnosis. Take care.

See your dentiat: if your wisdom teeth are erupting then there may be a small amount of gum tissue over the erupting teeth So when you bite or chew food it can irritate the gums and this will cause bleeding of the gums and cut the tissue

No: For help you need to be examined. Please see a Dentist about both of your issues. "Cuts" may be traumatic lesions or infected tissues. Status of lesions and wisdom teeth should be evaluated.
