i stand on a concrete floor for 3-4 hours. the backs of both legs, behind my knee feel tight, stingy. i use tensors & insoles. what more can i do?

Are you overweight?: Footwear for cushion should be checked, but venous insufficiency &a baker's cyst from chronic arthritis should be excluded, although the latter is less likely to be present behind both knees at the same time. A pcp evaluation should proceed a podiatrist footwear review to be complete. Calf stretches during your shift &a trial of thigh high support hose might also help. Lose weight if bmi >25.
