Request explanation: Have you asked either doctor for an explanation of why they think this way? It's your right as a patient to clarify information you don't understand. If they feel that way then, it's likely they've looked at the gamut of other possibiliites and have come to the conclusion after careful consideration that these visualizations are not organic. Of course, you can always seek out a 3rd opinion.

They may be right: Sounds like you have already consulted several doctors about the colored spots and sparks. You also had angiography and ct of the head. Of course, i don't know when you had these procedures and how they relate to your seeing colored spots. In the end, you have to decide whether you trust the doctors.
