Neck arthritis: Your symptoms must have a thorough history ; physical exam to properly evaluate and consider diagnostic choices. If you have recently over used your neck to extend, flex or twist or had any potential injury to the spine, that could be contributory. God did not design our necks adequately to prevent early degenerative disease. Awaiting a complete eval., a soft collar or cervical pillow may help.
