Confidentially...: Anytime a person feels the urge to do "something harmful" weather to themselves or to others, that person needs speak face to face with a mental health provider. Such as in an emergency room. You should simply go to the E.R. Right away and talk to the professional, confidentially.

Isolation after move: After moving, social relationships need to be re-established. Since you are taking psychiatric medications, you can ask your psychiatrist about support groups and social activities near where you live now. As you get connected to new friends and create rewarding relationships, you will feel better. In the meantime, talk to your psychiatrist. He or she can provide specific guidance.
