I developed some hurting skin in right outer armpit. A day felt the sore skin in shoulder blade/upper back. Two days later noticed small rash on lower inner right breast. All of breast is tender, nipple very sensitive. Is this shingles...a mild case?

I do not have the following risk factor(s): cigarette smoking.
