Which allergy?: If it is a skin reaction, then the answer is yet if you happen to touch it. If you are taking nasal or respiratory symptoms, the answer is no since flowering plants only produce airborne pollen when blooming. On the other hand, mold has been linked to the potting soil in indoor house plants.

Allergies : Most plant-related allergies are in the setting of plants that are in bloom. For example, spring allergies in NYC are typically linked to increased tree pollen and grass pollen counts.
