Dizziness: Dizziness is usually an inner ear problem. Not a spine problem.

Usually not spine: related. Consult your PCP. However, spinal cord compression can lead to Myelopathy, which can cause gait imbalance, and can lead to falls. Not due to dizziness per se, but due to impaired proprioception. Proprioception regards the sensory stimuli which senses the position of our own body parts in space. This is different from dizziness which is due to Vestibular System dysfunction.
