Post coital bleeding: The bleeding you described and its association with intercourse warrants an evaluation by your OB gyn. The common benign causes include cervicitis (inflammation of the cells of the cervix), a cervical polyp, or recurrence of menstruation despite the endometrial ablation. Uncommon but serious matter that needs to be ruled out is cervical cancer. A pap smear should be done to screen for this.
