Nausea for about 3 days now and kind of pale but no other symptoms. can i just be feeling bad and not actually be sick?

Nausea: Claudia, nausea is a very nonspecific symptom and can literally be present for thousands of reasons. The first thing always to check is medications you may be taking or over the counter products ( like Aspirin or nsaids ie aleve, (naproxen) motrin, etc.. Otherwise see your doctor if vomiting begins, fever over 100f, or the nausea continues for more than 2 weeks.
